How to Request Deletion

If you would like the personal information we hold about you to be deleted, send a request to info@cnas.co.zw with the subject line Data Deletion Request, including:

• Your full name.
• The telephone number or email address you used to contact us.
• The service concerned, for example a consulting engagement or TheTeacher.AI.

What Happens Next

• We acknowledge your request and may ask for confirmation of identity.
• We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
• We confirm in writing once deletion is complete.

Information We May Retain

We may retain limited records where retention is required by law, by a regulatory authority, or for the establishment or defence of legal claims. Any retained records are restricted to that purpose.
